We self-perform all light gauge framing, ceilings, drywall, and millwork installations to ensure an excellent standard of work in all facets of commercial and high-end residential construction from inception to completion. During project design, Knight Harte can review progress drawings to stay within budget constraints. We manage all aspects of projects including coordination of trades, quality control, safety management, shop drawings submittal, payment processing, general project administration, expediting, and close out.

Anjelica Garcia (she/her) is a lover of impeccable design with a keen eye for detail. She has led successful projects, focusing on intricate residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction makes her a trusted leader in the construction sector. Anjelica is a development professional advocating for equity and social justice in the United States. She builds relationships and brings people closer to the causes that she is most passionate about. Anjelica enjoys creating community and collaborating with others to enact positive change
Anjelica is a member of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy. She is a graduate of New York University and is from Inglewood, California.
patrick hartigan, Director
Patrick Hartigan has been involved in construction from a young age. He has over 30 years experience and has worked on 100+ high end, luxury buildings in New York City including 1010 Park Avenue, 160 Leroy Street, 15 Central Park West, and many more. His specialty and passion involve creating exceptional spaces for those with incredible attention to detail. Patrick leads our team of field supervisors and skilled craftsmen and works with our dedicated project managers on each each project, Patrick attends weekly progress meetings and reviews weekly progress reports for each project to ensure they are on target.
